Do you offer a bespoke service?

Do you offer an engraving service?

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes we make sure that every purchase is perfectly presented and we also include a gift receipt with no pricing with each purchase, to give you the best experience possible.

 Are the products pictured actual size?

As computer monitor screens vary in size, it is impossible to show the exact representation of the piece. We provide measurements for each piece and model shot where we can. If you have any question regarding a piece you can contact us at info@loulerie.com

Is VAT charged online?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payments depending on the chosen delivery country, including Pay Pal, Stripe, Maestro and Visa. We do not accept American Express cards.

Will my gold plated piece of jewellery tarnish?

With all fashion jewellery whether it is a gold plating or a gold fill, customer care is needed. We advise avoiding perfume and water and anything that contains chemicals/alcohol. We will provide you with a beautiful box to store your pieces in and we advise doing so to prevent tangling and knots. When you are not wearing your piece of jewellery it is advisable that you use a cotton cloth to clean any residue of make up or perfume. It is not advisable to use any type cleaning products or cloths on plated jewellery.

Is gold plated jewellery suitable to be worn everyday?

We do not advice wearing fashion jewellery everyday, if you are looking for an everyday option that you can wear all the time please see our Loulerie fine jewellery line here, where each piece has been carefully and expertly designed by Louise. 

How can I store my jewellery?

Please store all of your jewellery in the boxes provided. It is advisable to store tissue on top of your boxed jewellery item. When travelling make sure that you jewellery is protected in the box or pouch. 

Do you offer an aftercare jewellery service?
