We know that buying jewellery either for yourself or as a gift can be a tricky business so we are dedicated to making this shopping experience as hassle free as possible. We offer exchange or store credit on all purchases returned within 14 days unworn and in the original packaging, this does not affect your statutory rights.

GIFT SHOPPING

Unsure what will happen if buying a gift for someone? No problem we take the customer details for all items purchased in the store so that if someone receives a gift they wish to exchange they don’t need to ask for a receipt they can come in and exchange it as we will have all the purchase details stored on our system, discreet and hassle free gift shopping.
